Nipcos have a thin layer of silicone adhesive on the side that sticks to the skin. When combined with your body heat the adhesive forms a bond with your skin, keeping them in securely in place. Our co-founder, Phoebe, is a nurse who wears Nipcos throughout entire 12-hour shifts and beyond.
Gently wash Nipcos with soap and water after each use to preserve the adhesive and extend their usage.
Nipcos can be used up to 15 times with maximum stickiness. We’ve worn one pair for up to 30 times! As the adhesive wears down, the Nipcos begin to lift at the edges. This is a sign that you may be ready for a new pair.
Silicone has a well-established profile of being safe when applied to the skin. However, if your skin is highly sensitive, we recommend testing the Nipcos on a less sensitive area of skin first. If irritation occurs, remove the Nipco and gently wash your skin with soap and water.
Yes! Some women may prefer or need the support that traditional bras offer. In this case, we recommend Nipcos be used to provide nipple coverage under tops or dresses that have some level of support. Also, wear them under sports bras if needed during exercise. They can also be worn around the house, or with pajamas or nightgowns, to provide modesty around mixed company.
Any and all outfits, as long as you feel comfortable and confident. Remember, Nipcos are not just for Prom Night or your Wedding Day. They are for every day!
Yes! Nipcos can be worn in water. In fact, they are so comfortable that both of our co-founders have accidently forgotten to remove them before showering. We know first-hand… water has no impact on Nipcos!
We accept returns of our Box up to 30 days after purchase. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the product, we do not accept Nipco returns. If you return your Box, we will refund the full purchase price although you keep the Nipcos.
At this time, our box is only available in blue. In the past we've offered white and pink boxes.
