Przekop Design Company, LLC (PDC) and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if PDC believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of PDC and its subsidiaries.
At this time, PDC ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, PDC ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico, but not to other international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
If you live in an international location that we do not currently ship to and are interested in purchasing original works of art, contact us here.
We accept returns of our products up to 30 days after purchase. At this time, we do not cover return costs. All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. We have one exception to this policy due to the nature of the product: we do not accept Nipco returns. If you return a Bra in a Box compact, we will refund the full purchase price although you retain the Nipcos.
We urge you to contact us in advance of sending a return so we expect its arrival and can ensure the speedy processing of your refund. If we do not receive it within the expected timeframe, we will contact you.
